Cabernet Sauvignon originally from Bordeaux. The Vineyards of the VDP located in Southern France.
Harvested when just ripe, destemmed, crushed and fermented for 6 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature is regulated (not more than 32C). The oenologists have selected the best vintages. It is not matured in oak barrels. Lastly, it is racked, filtered and bottled.
Red fruit, blackcurrants, green peppers, with notes of spices and hay.
Red wine that may be served with red meat such as game, cold meats, salad and a large number of cheeses.
100% Merlot
LE BEAU MOULIN 1988 VDP - HK$75.00
Traditional maturation to work out natural tannis, flavours and color.
After maturation several months and necessary before bottling process.
The wine can be drunk immediately.
Deep red color, red fruits aromas full im mouth. Perfect marriage with red meats in sauce, grilled meats and cheeses.
40% cinsault, 60% cangnan

Beautiful ruby colour. Nice fruity nose. In the mouth, pleasant wine, rich and supple. Silky final, with a great aromatic persistency. A Bordeaux wine, full of typicity. To be enjoyed within 5 years.

Beautiful limpid colour. Nice fruity and floral nose. In the mouth, vivid and fresh wine rich final with great aromatic persistency.
70% Sauvignon 30% Semillon.

This wine were produced in Southeast side of Saint-Emillon.
100% Merlot with raspberry jam, fine spices and fresh moss.
Taste: Supple attach in the mouth with voluptuous and fine notes of fruits. A lively and sensual wine with excellent between structure and aromas.
To be enjoyed with fresh bream, salted pork, red meat and cheese.

This wine were produced in Southeast side of Saint-Emillon.
Grapes: Merlot Noir, Malbec, Cabernet Franc
Taste: Flavours of slightly stewed red fruits with a delicate structure. Superb balance and length with a fresh finish.
